Earth Element In T'ai Chi movement Rooting the feet to the ground is helpfull! The use of peng jing is demonstrated here. By relating through the feet one is grounded and the movements develop spriraling chi. Expanding through synergistic connection the chi can demonstrate force issued from the waist. Centred and bowed ones chi is stored to cycle freely through the musculature.
