Xingyquan (Hsing I Ch'uan) is an old Chinese martial art with a history that can be reliably traced back at least to the Ming dynasty (14th to 17th centuries A.D.). The name means "Form and Will Boxing" or "Shape and Mind Boxing." The art is also sometimes called Liuhequan, or "Six Harmonies Boxing." |
